Bin collections missed ‘due to parked cars’

It has been reported that some areas of the village have missed bin collections and the reason given by Leeds City Council is the difficulty in access caused by parked cars.

They ask that car owners park so that there is ample clearance for a larger commercial vehicle – such as a refuse collection vehicle or emergency vehicle.
