Coronation plans in the village

The Parish Council will be marking the Coronation by decorating the village with street banners at the end of April and by the planting of a commemorative Tree.

His Majesty King Charles III did a walkabout in the village when he was Prince of Wales and souvenir booklets – The Day the Prince Came – are still available on request from the Parish Council. If you’d like a free copy just let us know.

We understand from the Trustees of the Village Hall that the hall is still available during the Coronation Weekend. If anyone in our local community would like to come forward to organise a non-profit event open to the entire community of East Keswick, you will get access to the Village Hall for free. Please contact the Village Hall directly to pick them up on their offer.
