Grand switch-on of the first ever East Keswick Christmas Tree.
Wednesday 14 December 6pm and you’re invited!
The village has never had a community Christmas Tree before, so this is a real first organised by the Parish Council. We’ll be celebrating with a grand switch on just after 6pm on Wednesday 14 December. Bring the children, bring your friends, there will be carols, mulled wine, hot chocolate, pork pies, mince pies and the brilliant community atmosphere that the village is renowned for.
The location is the Main Street/School Lane junction outside the beauticians. East Keswick Parish Council would like to thank Lindley properties for making the space available; the Duke of Wellington for the mulled wine, The Old Star Inn for hot chocolate and mince pies; Sedgefields the butchers for Pork Pies to sample; and the Village Voices for leading us in song. Feel free to support our two amazing village pubs afterwards.
