Controversial planning application back on the table
2 Nov 17
Plans to build a three storey house on a plot behind the Duke of Wellington Inn are back on the table just four months after being rejected by Leeds planners and opposed by the Parish Council.
Architects working on behalf of the site owners have submitted new revised plans for consideration changing the proposed detached family home form three storeys to ‘two and a half’ using a dormer window, reducing the site to a three bedroom home and its overall footprint reduced by 16%
The application will be considered by the Parish Council at its November meeting and the deadline for comments to the Leeds website is November 23rd. You can see details of the plans at www.leeds.gov.uk/publicaccess application reference 17/07007/FU/NE
