Church View Surgery launches Patient Participation Group

If your GP surgery is Church View at Collingham you may be interested to join or comment to a new Patient Participation Group made up solely of patients which is now active at the practice. The group is entirely independent of the practice. Barry Dyer, a committee member told the EK website that one of their biggest challenges was communicating with the 9000 or so patients the practice had in Collingham and Thorner and village websites were vital in helping them achieve this. He commented “This is an opportunity for EK patients to make their views count and to shape the future of the health service provided by the practice in this area”

“You could make suggestions on how the practice might improve its service, raise any concerns or questions, leave a message or submit a question for the independent committee to answer”. To join the virtual group, simply send an email stating ‘yes agreed’ to ppg.churchview@nhs.net
