The village library - disguised as a telephone kiosk - has space for more good books if any villager has any unwanted ones.

Last year, the Parish Council bought the redundant red telephone kiosk on Main Street from BT for £1 and refitted it with shelves as a book exchange. The concept its simple, help yourself to any book and leave one in return.

The kiosk has a good stock of books generously donated by villagers but could do with some more. The Women's Institute is coordinating matters through Elizabeth Ward at 7 Brooklands. If you have unwanted good quality books to donate please contact Elizabeth with them.
